Strong design

• All the key components are welded together and form an extremely rigid and compact structure.
• In addition damping elements are used to eliminate vibrations. The electrical cabinet and oil tank are completely suspended by damping elements and therefore act as one big damper

Front rest

• The front rest is integrated into the XT-438 case. The bushing elements are exchangeable to assure tight fit to any bar size and shape. This guarantees maximum guiding performance - even for hexagonal and square bars! Like the guiding channel the front rest is also filled with oil for damping and lubrication.
   

Clamping device

• The clamping device is pneumatically driven and works adjustment-free. This allows quick diameter change. Together with the insert- and extract mechanism it ensures reliable and fast loading.
